My little sister had been going to bed for the last 2 hours and I was losing patience with her. She was supposed to be staying quiet and going to sleep. Very simple instructions, I thought, that she should know how to follow. But here she was, still calling out to me every so often, interrupting my work that I wanted to get finished that night. It started again: "Sissy... Sissy, I have a hair... Sissy! I have a hair! SISSY I HAVE A HAIR!!!" When I asked where the hair was, "I don't know."

We are just so. Often when God has told us to rest and to put away the occupations, the worries, and the distractions that have been wearing us down, we keep bringing them up and fidgeting with them. He is working for our needs, preparing everything for our next day, and days to come. Nothing passes His scrutiny. Every thing is how He wants it for us, knowing what we need.

But, God, I have a Hair!!!
